A little while ago, I wrote about our new journey of eating "clean." I have absolutely loved it. To save time and have a very portable meal, I've decided to have my lunches made up of (mostly) raw, uncooked foods. Here is lunch today: cottage cheese, Ryvita crackers, carrots with hummus, broccoli, and pear slices. I can never finish everything I get out for lunch, which is perfect because then I have a snack already prepared!
